Returns and Exchanges
Here at Buzz Jolie, we are happy to accept exchanges on all items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons & rings as they are made to size - refunds also non applicable on these items).
For any issues regarding faulty products, we are happy to either replace the faulty item or refund the method of payment used (within 7 days of delivery).
If you wish to exchange an item after this period, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be returned unworn, in resalable condition (showing no signs of damage or use, and all jewellery packaging should be returned with the item), alongside proof of purchase. Earrings are exempt from being returned/refunded for hygiene reasons. Rings are eligible for exchange but are non-refundable as they are made to size. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Unfortunately, each customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your piece(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
To proceed with a return/exchange, simply email us: email@example.com and let us know which item(s) you’d like to return/exchange.
- Please provide your order number, the items you are returning/exchanging and a shipping tracking number. If you already know what you would like to swap your item(s) for, please advise at this stage.
- Send your item to the return address we provided to you in our reply email. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.
- Once we receive your return, we will aim to to process it within 5 business days.
- All exchanges will be processed for store credit, for which you’re then able to pick another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit.
- You’ll now be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded as they are final sale.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently only offer refunds on faulty pieces. Please get in touch with us if you would like to proceed with an exchange.
